The challenge
A production sales portal required a series of operational fixes across invoice numbering, tax behavior, document titles, PDF output and configuration that previously required code changes.
Engineering approach
I worked through the existing sales and invoice workflow, corrected state and calculation issues, aligned generated PDF output with the preview experience and moved editable operational values into configuration where appropriate.

Outcome
The portal became more predictable for day to day operations and easier to maintain without changing working functionality unnecessarily.
This case study intentionally avoids invented client metrics or confidential business details. The focus is the engineering work and product problem.
